Due to the personal nature of many products we sell, opened or used intimate items may not be eligible for return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the request and help with a replacement, refund, or other resolution when appropriate.

Return Window
Return requests should be made within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds
